Regional Directors:

Regional Directors work directly with executive leadership in order to build and maintain successful operations within a given geographic area. Regional Directors are responsible for numerous divisions, including coaching, developing and directing associates so that the entire regional team achieves the company's operational goals in-line with our policies, procedures, purpose and principles.

 

Successful Regional Directors are proven leaders, driven by the achievement of measurable goals, and dedicated to their team's overall success. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-unit management experience within the payday advance industry, including P&L accountability and a Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or related field.

 

To be considered, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • demonstrated ability to recruit, select, and develop associates;

  • proven track record with supervisory and leadership experience in the Retail Financial Services industry;

  • strong administrative and computer skills;

  • minimum of 5 years multi-unit management experience;

  • willing to regularly travel overnight;

  • willing to relocate, if necessary.
