Divisional Managers

Divisional Managers work directly with the Regional Director in order to build successful branch operations. Divisional Managers are responsible for 10-12 branch locations, including coaching, developing and directing branch associates so that the entire divisional team achieves the company's operational goals in-line with our policies, procedures, purpose and principles.

 

Successful Divisional Managers are detail-oriented, driven by the achievement of measurable goals, and dedicated to their team's overall success. The ideal candidate will have multi-unit management experience within the payday advance industry, including P&L accountability and a Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or related field.

 

To be considered, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • demonstrated ability to recruit, select, and develop associates;

  • proven track record with supervisory or leadership experience in customer service, retail finance, banking, collections or a related field;

  • strong administrative and computer skills;

  • strong professional communication skills (written and verbal);

  • minimum of 2 years multi-unit management experience;

  • willing to regularly travel overnight;

  • willing to relocate, if necessary.
